Description
The Trane VAL12137 Reversing Valve is an essential part of HVAC systems and is useful for 10-ton systems. It works in a reversing mode and has a coil that allows heat exchange between the fluid and the working fluid. This component enables the change over from heating to cooling or from cooling to heating in the system. When heating, the valve pumps refrigerant through the coil where it collects heat from the outside air and brings it inside. On the other hand, in cooling, the valve changes the flow of direction to enable the coil to draw heat from the indoor environment and expel it out of doors.
