Trane VAL9595 Thermal Expansion Valve is intended for 6-ton air conditioning and refrigeration systems using R410A refrigerant. This part is essential to correctly meter the refrigerant entering the evaporator coil for better cooling capacity. Mainly, sensing the temperature within the system, the valve helps to maintain the current flow rate of the refrigerant and thus to avoid the liquid refrigerant in the evaporating section which might be dangerous for the compressor.
