It works by identifying the fact that there is water leakage and closing the valve to prevent further leakage. It use WiFi (2.4GHz) and Bluetooth 4.1 as the interface to monitor and control the actuator remotely. It is suitable for HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure safety and avoid damages that could be caused by water. This lead-free brass valve is suitable for operating temperatures of 32°F to 113°F and comes with 44.25 in-lbs of torque.
