Description
The Copeland ZF09K4E-TFD-961 Scroll Compressor is a high-efficiency, hermetic scroll compressor suitable for HVAC systems. It has a cooling capacity of 8,830 BTU and the refrigerant R22 works on a 460V three-phase electrical power. The compressor works through special process that uses two helical discs one being fixed while the other rotates. Because the orbiting scroll does not have suction valves, it forms gas pockets that compress the refrigerant as it moves towards the center and increases both the pressure and the temperature in the process, all of this in a relatively quiet manner and with less energy consumption.
