Description
The Carrier EF23BD215 Solenoid Valve Coil is an electronically operated control element that is applied in HVAC systems. When excited it produces a magnetic field to close or open a corresponding solenoid valve to control the flow of refrigerant or other working fluids in the system. The coil is made to fit certain solenoid valve assemblies and to be connected to the control circuitry of the system. It is installed in air conditioners, heat pumps or refrigeration equipment and is used together with sensors and valves to ensure proper cycling and support in the maintenance of consistent and reliable HVAC operation.
