The Maxitrol RV48L-3/4 Gas Pressure Regulator 3-6 inch spring and R4810 over-seat at 25,000 BTU is a fuel control item that is used to stabilize gas pressure to HVAC systems. Its main role is to decrease the incoming pressure and change the flow with the use of the internal spring and diaphragm mechanism. It works on the concept of controlling the valve according to the pressure variations, so that the combustion system receives an equal supply. It is done by means of fitting the 3/4 inch fitting into the gas line as per specification.
