Description
The Danfoss 068Z3730 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is a Thermostatic Control part used in refrigeration and heat pumps, to regulate the flow of refrigerant, into the evaporator in, HVAC systems. It responds to evaporator outlet temperature through a sensing bulb and modulates refrigerant injection to maintain proper superheat levels. Mounted in the liquid line before the evaporator it supports efficient heat transfer while preventing liquid refrigerant, from returning to the compressor. This valve is commonly used in commercial refrigeration systems operating with refrigerants such as R448A and R449A, where stable and precise cooling control is required.
