Description
The Cleveland Controls AFS-952 SPDT Enclosure Air Pressure Switch is a mechanical component used to monitor, and react to variations in air pressure in HVAC systems. It mainly consists of opening or closing a circuit when a preset pressure rises or falls within a preset pressure range to give control or safety to the system logic. It is activated by an internal diaphragm, which moves with the change of pressure and closes a SPDT contact. It is attached to a NEMA-1 enclosure and connected to the control network as the airflow and safety monitoring assembly.
