Description
The Copeland Comfort Control (Alco) 066153 Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) R-410A 5/8″ X 7/8″ ODF 5′ Capillary regulates refrigerant flow to the evaporator according to changing load conditions within the cooling circuit. The sensing element monitors evaporator outlet conditions and adjusts the valve opening to maintain the required refrigerant supply during operation. Installed within the refrigerant piping the valve operates with the evaporator and connected cooling components in HVAC systems to support controlled refrigerant distribution. The TXV maintains balanced cooling through responsive refrigerant metering, evaporator supply, coordinated system regulation.
