The First Company 9-360-60 Horizontal Drain Pan 30/36MB serves as an installation accessory for First Company 30,000 to 36,000 BTU horizontal air handler units. The pan serves as a water collection vessel for condensate water generated by the cooling operation. The horizontal installation design of this drain pan enables appropriate drainage to avoid water damage. The main purpose of this pan system is to guide collected moisture safely through drain lines. The drain pan provides three main advantages by stopping leaks and mold formation and protecting both the HVAC system and outside structures from water damage.
