The International Comfort Products 1191124 Limit Switch Assembly is a safety control component used to monitor temperature condition inside heating equipment. It is designed to interrupt electrical power to the burner or control circuit when internal temperatures exceed a set threshold helping prevent overheating. In HVAC systems, it is installed in a heat exchanger where it continuously senses operating heat levels during furnace operation.
