Siemens Building Technology SKB82.51U 3-Position Spring Return Electronic Valve Actuator is a 24 V control that is installed on valves to allow controlled flow of fluid. It modulates the movement of the valves in the systems like hydronic heating and chilled water circuits in HVAC systems, to enable the management of temperature and flow. It works using an electric motor that has a spring return mechanism to move the valve to either open, close or intermediate positions. It is attached to compatible valve bodies.
