Description
The Trane FUS01885 Dual Element Time Delay Fuse is a cartridge-type protective part used in power circuits. It is rated for 35 amps at 250 volts and built with a dual-element time-delay design allowing short-duration inrush currents during equipment start-up while still protecting against sustained overloads and short circuits. In HVAC systems, it is commonly installed in air handlers, compressors and packaged units to protect transformers, contactors and control boards. It is placed in-line within the electrical circuit to isolate fault conditions and prevent damage to components.
