Description
The Trane MOD02616 Engine Control Module is an electronic component used to control the driveshaft, running in air handling assemblies. The integrated circuitry takes electrical signals from the elements control board and sensors and sends the right commands to the electronically commutated, motor to control, its speed and operation during airflow cycles in HVAC systems. It drives the wiring harness and controls voltage distribution and signal communication between the drives and equipment controls. It is located in the power, control section of the blower assembly, and it is used to coordinate motor performance.
