Description
The Trane SWT00285 Flow Switch Pilot Duty is an essential component used to detect fluid flow and supply the pilot-duty control circuits in HVAC systems. It has a single-pole double-throw SPDT electrical output at 125 VAC. It is fitted in hydronic heating, chilled water, and condenser water lines to identify the presence of liquid passing through the system and indicate the presence of the liquid to the controllers. It is used to protect pumps and heat exchangers. It assists in the normal heating and cooling of the system in the HVAC system.
