Description
The Trane SWT03967 Flame Rollout Limit Switch is a manual-reset safety control designed to detect abnormal flame conditions near the burner area. It operates with a temperature trip point that opens the circuit at approximately 190F interrupting electrical continuity when excessive heat or flame rollout is detected. The switch is configured for integration with standard furnace safety circuits, and must be reset after activation once conditions return to normal. Installed near the burner assembly in HVAC systems it works as a protective control element that shuts down operation during unsafe combustion conditions, and helps maintain controlled system operation.
