Description
The Trane SWT1278 limit switch is particularly suitable for use in HVAC systems. It starts at a specified temperature of 150°F to avoid getting too hot and shuts at a lower temperature of 120°F to continue the usual operations. This prevents contact and contaminate between the fan, which draws out hot air and the cooling system that distributes cooler air within the building. The SWT1278 is widely applied in furnaces, boilers and other heating equipment to prevent fire danger and equipment damage due to high temperatures.
