Description
The Trane TRR00615 Transformer is an electrical step-down transformer to convert incoming 115V primary power into a 24V secondary output with a 35VA rating. It supplies low-voltage power for control circuit and connected components. This unit is commonly applied in air handlers, furnaces and other HVAC systems where thermostats, relays, and controls require reduced voltage supply. It is mounted within the electrical compartment to provide isolation between primary and secondary circuits while delivering stable low-voltage power to support control system operation during equipment cycles.
