Description
Trane VAL8975 is a 5-ton thermal expansion valve which is used with R410A refrigerant in HVAC systems. This particular element enables the accurate flow of a liquid refrigerant into the evaporator depending on the cooling load on the system. Through a precise regulation of the refrigerant flow into the evaporator, the VAL8975 achieves the highest system performance and cooling output while using the least amount of energy. This valve has an inlet port of 3/8 and an outlet port of 1/2 both of which are fitted with ODF sweat connections. It find wide application in commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning equipments, chillers, roof top units, process cooling.
