Description
The Trane WEL00098 Well Bulb Assembly is a temperature-sensing pump used to accommodate remote temperature, or pressure sensing in HVAC systems. It offers a closed and shielded connection to the sensing part and passes the correct thermal readings to control mechanisms. The sensor is mounted within the fluid stream and not in direct contact with the fluid stream by being installed in refrigerant or hydronic lines through the 1/4-18 NPT connection and having a 5-inch overhang. It allows better regulation of the temperatures in the system, safety interlocks, and effective operation.
