Description
The Trane VAL4407 is an element of HVAC systems – a thermal expansion valve intended for large commercial use. It has a dimensions of length 6.6”. The TXV operates through the detecting bulb that measures the temperature of the refrigerant that is released from the evaporator coil. That is when the valve opens to critical to allow more refrigerant to circulate, and enhance the cooling. The valve restricts the flow of liquid refrigerant into the system as the temperature increases thereby avoiding an overflow.
