Description
The Grundfos 506174 Cartridge Kit 15-18B is a circulator pump that is used to reestablish internal pumping in HVAC systems. It operates by enclosing the rotor and impeller assembly which rotates inside the pump chamber with electrical operation of 115-230 V making the magnetic rotor move the hot water around the circulation loop. The cartridge is installed in compatible circulator pump housings installed on boilers and closed-loop heating units to allow fluid to circulate continuously between supply and return lines to facilitate consistent thermal transfer and ensure balance in the flow conditions needed to achieve uniform heating distribution.
