The Lennox Y5238 Magnet Coil is an electrical actuator component used in heat pump system for the GWH09MB-D3DNA3D/O and GWH12M series. It is installed on the outdoor unit assembly where it drives electromagnetic switching for internal valve operation in HVAC systems. When energized the coil enables controlled movement of the reversing or solenoid mechanism allowing it to transition between operating modes.
