Description
The Schneider Electric (Barber Colman) VB-7221-0-4-09 1/4-inch N/C Globe Valve Body is a fluid control component to regulate the movement of liquids or refrigerants through piping that is applied in HVAC systems. Being a normal 2-way globe valve body but closed, it does not allow flow except when actuated to permit flow and then closes to prevent flow as required. It is installed in hydronic heating, chilled water, or fan coil circuits and is controlled by an actuator or control signal to control distribution. It is used to ensure controlled circulation which assists to regulate temperature and balanced operation.
