Description
The Trane ACT00468 2-Stage Vane Operator Assembly is a damper actuation component installed in air handling and ventilation HVAC systems to regulate the flow of air in two unique positions. It operates under control signals to open duct dampers by mechanically moving internal vanes to control the volume of air flowing through the duct to staging and economizer operation sequences. This is installed on round or rectangular dampers in residential and light commercial systems of buildings and is connected to the building control system and to dampers by means of shafts or linkages.
