Description
The Trane RLY03210 Compressor Start Relay is an electrical switching part used to assist compressor start-up by temporarily engaging the start winding during motor activation. It operate with a 50A coil rating and is designed to handle high inrush current conditions typical of single-phase compressors, ensuring proper torque development during start-up in HVAC systems. It works in coordination with the start capacitor and control circuit to briefly energize the compressor’s start winding and then disconnect it once the motor reache operating speed.
