Description
The Trane VAL2665 3/8 Relief Valve Set is used to allow excess fluid to escape the pressurized circuits in case of excessive pressure in HVAC systems. It is mounted on compatible residential and commercial units and works in the range of 10–30 PSI, and it is preprogrammed to open at 22 PSI to allow balanced conditions. This is an internal combustion engine valve that is used to control system pressure in hydronics and refrigeration. It is a component of the safety control network, which interacts with the other elements to stabilise the operating conditions the possible damage.
